1. What time is check-in and check-out?

2. Do you provide linens and towels?

We do not provide towels. You can add bed linens to your reservation for an extra cost.
3. Is there Wi-Fi at the property?

All rentals have Wi-Fi except the Swanns View rental, which does not currently have Wi-Fi.
4. Where can I park my car?

Parking is available at the rental for at least two cars (some rentals have more space). Additional parking is available around the pool and between the dumpster and basketball court.

Please note: We have cameras monitoring most driveways but not the extra parking areas.
5. What kitchen and household supplies are provided?

We provide:

Dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, some local coffee, multi-use cleaning spray, some spices, foil, and a Dawn-vinegar mix for ant deterrent.

In the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, honey hand soap (a locally made soap that’s great for body use—I personally use it, too!). Feel free to take the honey soap as it’s replenished after every guest.

Note: These items are provided for your convenience during your stay, but please don’t take them home, except for the coffee, bottled water, and honeycomb-shaped soap.
6. Is the grill available for use?

Yes! Please bring your own charcoal for the grill. Also, clean the grill after use so it’s ready for the next guest.
7. Are firewood and supplies for the fire pit available?

Firewood is available for sale at the office, on the booking page, and on the guidebook link sent before check-in.
8. Can I bring my pet?

Yes! We allow pets for a $60 fee for the first two pets and an additional $25 for a third pet. Please note that exotic pets are not allowed.
9. What should I do with trash during my stay?

Trash bags are provided. Please take your trash to the dumpsters located near the gate.
10. Are there pool facilities?

Yes, the pool is open daily from 9:00 AM until dark.
11. Who do I contact in case of an issue?
